Yealink T60P provisioning with 3CX

Hello;
I have Yealink SIP-T60P model ip phone which is not in 3CX supported phone list but when I registered this phone with the 3CX server, it can be registered and I can make a call.

I want to know, in order to make it fully function with the 3CX, is there any way I can customize the setting for provisioning. Currently, after the Yealink T60P registered to 3CX server, under the Phones, I found that the "UNPROVISIONED" is shown under the column "MAC" which is used to show the mac address of the phone usually and under the column of the "Fw Version", it show the mac address of the T60P instead.

What can I do if I use the Yealink phone which is not in the supported phone list?

What does fully function with 3CX mean? What are you trying to do now that you cant?

Never heard of the Yealink T60P IP phone... or do you mean the Yealink DECT IP Phone W60P ?
The DECT IP Phone W60P is a by 3CX supported phone.

thanks for your response. Because this is a legacy phone which is not in 3CX supported phone list, actually; I just need it for the following functions.

1. make calls and receiving calls.
2. access to voice mail.
3. Three-way calls.

The phone model is SIP-T60P.

Dont quote me on this, but if you set it up as a T29 model, it might work based on that template, something to try, just set it with its model in 3cx set to T29, i think it might be a close enough match.

We used to have to use the T46 or 48 template to setup T58V phones when they first came out before 3CX supported them fully, it worked fine, then once the template came around we changed them over.

So if you have already registered the phone successfully, you can already do all three of these things. You already said you can make a call, you didn't say anything about not being able to receive a call. You can access voicemail by dialing the voicemail extension (typically 999). And three-way calling is a phone feature not a 3CX feature so if the phone is already registered like you said there is nothing else needed.

thank you all response. I selected Yealink T28 from the phone provisioning list and tested. It is fine so far, I will try this template for few days and see any problem. I do not see T29 except T29G but my phone is 100Mbps phone, therefore I step down to T28.
