Yealink W52P Issues

We have a yealink W52P on the latest firmware. This phone will not provision by STUN or SBC. With the SBC it shows up in phones but on the phone, it says no lines available. Disallow use outside of the LAN is disabled on all the lines assigned to this phone.

Any Ideas?

What version of 3CX are you running ?

If running ver 15.5, have you configure the phones correctly -

We have the latest version of 3CX (15.5 SP6)

Is the base provisioned on the PBX? Did it get the configuration from the server? Try to access the web interface of the base and see if the default username and password works or if the PBX password has applied.

It didn't provision however I logged into the back end of the phone and entered the details manually and then the phone worked.

Are you using a 3CX FQDN? If not then it could be a certificate issue. Try disabling the certificate option from the security settings of the web interface of the phone and try again.
