Hello,

I have a setup with multiple T41S and one W60B / W56H. When transferring between the T41S, everything is working fine. When doing an unattended transfer / blind transfer from the Yealink W56H to an T41S, the call is transferred to "end call", because the extension to which the call should be transferred is marked as busy (seen this in the log). The only solution to this I was able to find is enabling "Allow multiple calls" on the extensions to which the call should be transferred.

Thank you very much in advance!

All the best
Richard

Hi Richard,

Generally speaking, this should hold true across the board (not specifically something about the W60B).

If any given extension is not idle and registered, then you need "Accept Multiple Calls" to be able to send it a second call while it's busy.

The behavior may also depend on what Status and Forwarding Rules the destination extension has.

Here is what to look for now:

  • Have you tried transferring to the T41S from the W60B when it's not busy?
  • Have you checked the forwarding settings of the T41S to ensure there is nothing in the Exceptions page?
  • Have you checked the T41S device blacklist menus to ensure the W60B extension was not blocked?
