Yealink W60B Issues with connected Phones

Hello 3CX users,

I have provisioned W60B via STUN method and added 4 Extensions, each extension has it's own handset. I have issues with 3 extensions. Outgoing calls work from all of them, but incoming calls work on the first line only. When I check 3CX has created multiple phones for the same extension while auto provisioned the W60B base, is this normal? I would really appreciate any help with this issue!

Yes, I was using this link to make the first configuration.

No it's not. What you are seeing is the result of something on your network interefering with STUN.

1. Follow the 3CX Guide from scratch, this time making sure you install the correct firmware on the base

2. If you will use STUN, you need to ensure all requirements here are met - you can't skip any of them

3. If the STUN requirements cannot be met in your environment due to restrictions, use an SBC which removes all those requirements (it was designed for this purpose)
