Yealink W70B does not connect via SBC

We are trying to provision a Yealink W70 via an SBC. The SBC is up, but the Yaelink is not receiving any configuration. We have already set the W70B to accept all certificates.

We can see the DECT in the log: RPS request for 44DXXXXXX IP Phone of FXS delivered successfully. But no config is delevered.

What could be going wrong here?

It seems the IP phone is not on the supported list:

You could try to download the config yourself, en import the config into phone webpage.

The DECT W70P is a supported system as far as I know. The unit is brand new

Yes, we follewed this guide.
Set the unit to accept any certificate

Confirm your firmware version number, and whether you factory reset it.

Firmware: 146.87.015
The unit is brand new buit after the firmware upgrade we did not do a factory reset.
We can download the .cfg file manually using the provisioning URL

Factory reset now and give it a few minutes. It should pull the cfg file from the server automatically (confirm MAC was entered correctly in 3CX).

This worked, the Yealink is provisioned now.
What did we do wrong?

I don't think you did anything wrong based on the above, maybe when the link was pasted there earlier may have been some confusion perhaps, or some other setting changed.

The main idea is

1. Upgrade
2. Reset
3. Add to 3CX
4. Reboot and it will fetch the config

No need to change certificate settings, or anything else normally.

OK, The only thing we did not do after the firmware upgrade was the factory reset.
