I have been using v20 3CX in a hosted system with mainly Fanvil X6U IP phones. My main receptionist needed a headset, I wanted wireless DECT and choose the Yealink WH63 which I was told by an online seller that it should work. I attempted to connect to the Fanvil USB port and it did not work [no audio]. I purchased the Yealink RJ-11/USB adapter, plugged it in to the back of the phone RJ-11 port, and it does not work. I also attempted to plug in the micro USB connector from the headset base directly into the Macintosh. The Yealink USB connection app shows it connected to the computer but when a phone call comes in there is no audio through the 3CX webclient or the phone. I have changed the Fanvil settings to turn on the headset adapter and also in the webclient [again this is a Macintosh so the 3cx native app is no longer available. I understand that some headsets may not be supported with the web client, but I wouldn't think that there should be an issue using this headset with the analog adapter to the Fanvil phone. Also not sure if v20 is playing into any issues here also. It was VERY hard to find in what manner this DECT headset may or may not work.
