Yealink WMI Power LED notifications keeps blinking after 15.5 SP3

I just upgraded 3CX to 15.5 SP3 and on only some of my phones the WMI light keeps fast blinking. I've factory reset the phones with the issue and it still keeps happening.

You can configure the function of the light if using standard templates - also make sure phones are running the correct firmware

Phones are running the correct firmware. I also have the power LED configured for VM only. This just started happening to certain phones after the upgrade. It's a fast blink like when the phones first boot up and provision.

No not this issue. We're running a much newer firmware and the screen is awake.
