Hi,
I'm wondering if anyone can assist me with this issue.

When a user is calling South Africa for example, they will hear a message saying something along the lines of "You do not have enough credits to call this destination". Now I have check with VOIP trunk provider we do not have any limitations or even low on credits. This voice is definitely 3CX generated and I was able to find the female voice in the system prompts. I'm currently using version 15.5.15502.6 Professional.

Thanks.

So you found the exact prompt in 3CX saying you don't have enough credits or you simply found a female voice in one of the prompts? I just searched the prompt set and I don't see anything in the default prompts nor have I ever heard anything about credits. Since it seems to be complaining about costs for a call (something 3CX doesn't care about) it would very much seem to be a provider issue. But looking at the call logs will tell you exactly where it is coming from.

Correct. Which is why I found it surprising why 3CX even cared and I could not find any setting that mentioned about cost restricting. Also it looks like only one user has this problem another user calls a different country without any issues. I will try to find that prompt set.

I would check the 3CX Activity Log and compare a call to a number giving the recording, and one that does not and the call goes through, Going to the same IP? Then it's your provider.

I will monitor this. It seems like the user was certain they heard the girl in the system prompt "you_have.wav". Only this user has heard this when making the call to South Africa. Thanks for your assistance, I will have to get back to provider if it continues with the same destination.

If they were calling one number, it may be that the destination has the call forwarded (in some way) to another destination, and the first destination has an issue with "credits"..
