Hi there,

I'm running 3CX on a Windows 10 system, all been fine - logged on today (1st time in a week or so) and can't get to Admin using Chrome. See the attached screenshot.

I CAN get to it running Firefox as it allows me to bypass the error.

Looks like the Let's Encrypt certificate is out of date, how do I renew this?

Do you shut down your 3CX server or does it run 24/7?

I shut it down, it's been of for approx 5 days

Ok in this case, I suggest letting it run overnight and the issue should sort itself out.

The services that perform the renewal of certificates run in early hours so as to prevent any interruptions during business hours. I'm guessing the machine didn't have the chance to renew them if it was being shut down nightly.
