Trying to deploy 3CX using Self Hosting to Azure. PBX was previously setup in another Azure instance but the update tried to upgrade the OS and wiped out 3CX so I am starting from scratch.

When using the PBX Wizard, I have provided all the details and everything has been created in our Azure instance but the Wizard says your PBX is delayed and then comes back with the following message...

One or more errors occurred. The platform image 'Debian:Debian:9:latest' is not available. Verify that all fields in the storage profile are correct. For more details about storage profile information...

Looks like you did not setup your Microsoft Azure Account with Microsoft Azure Cloud features.
Look at this guide to make sure you have completed the required steps.

I followed the guide to set up the PBX, there is nothing specific listed in the guide which says I have to do anything on Azure to get this working. I granted access to the PBX Express wizard when starting the process and as I say all of the resources have been created in Azure.

Any ideas? Currently without a telephone system!

Thank you for your patience.

Hi again,

Can you please try again and let us know?

It looks like you caught us while uploading the new image for v18 on the PBX Express.

Do I need to delete all resources that have been created by the failed deployment?

Anything created by the failed deployment will be necessary to be deleted as it won't be used. Attempting to deploy your instance again will create a brand new machine.

This is still not working...

The operation was canceled.
