Zendesk Client Side integration won't connect

Yes, the authentication worked there. But the CRM is not returning any result for the number you entered. Try entering a number you know is a valid phone number for a contact in your CRM, and you should see the contact details retrieved.
 
That is a number for one of our contacts.

The only number I've gotten to work returns this as the result.

I have Mobile, Home and Business all set in the contacts info to the same number.
 
If the contact already exists in 3CX Contacts, the CRM engine will not lookup for it in your CRM. You will need to remove the contact from 3CX Contacts, so it is retrieved by the CRM engine and inserted into 3CX Contacts including the Contact URL.
