Hello
I have a problem on CRM Integration.
API and Token from Zoho ONE is ok so when I click TEST and insert a number 3cx give me a error

System.Exception: Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason= - Content={"code":"INVALID_QUERY","details":{"reason":"the field is not available for search","api_name":"Home_Phone"},"message":"invalid query formed","status":"error"}

How can I do?

The error in the log above is related to the field Home_Phone on entity Contact, which is not visible for the query.

In order to fix this, you need to make this field visible in the Zoho configuration. Please check this:
