With the Shuttle NC02U you can put together a low cost, yet reliable appliance for smaller offices where no server is available. It will run a standard operating system (Debian 8 or the Debian for 3CX) and consume very little power. Depending on on your PBX requirements, it can support up to 16 or even 32 sim calls.
