With a 3CX Pro licence you can easily integrate popular CRMs with your 3CX PBX. We recently added the ability for PBX Admins to integrate CRMs from the management console (server-side) so that no manual configuration is required on the extension’s client. One of the CRMs that can be configured server-side is Salesforce.
