Somehow, people outside our company have figured out what one of our overhead paging extensions is and have been crank calling it at random times from random numbers. I need to keep outside callers from dialing our paging extension while still allowing dialing to all other extensions. I found the IVR_DIRECT_DIALING_GRAMMAR parameter and put in the syntax ((?!901|910|912|913|930|931)[0-9]{3}). I restarted all 3CX services and tested calling in from my mobile and was still able to get to extension 930 from one of our digital receptionist. Am I going about this the wrong way, is there a different or better way to achieve this? Perhaps my syntax is incorrect? Any pointers will be greatly appreciated.
