    Problem appears to be solved. I regenerated my password on Skype's website and updated the password in 3CX and it registered. There must have been something corrupted with the password in Skype's database. Strange. Thanks for the help.

    Re: No RTP Packets were recieved Thanks for the help. It looks like it was a problem with my firewall. I did a firewall reboot (did not change any settings) and now I can hear audio both ways. Still need to test further to see if the problem reappears.
