    When I download from the 3CX email it installs version 12.5.44178.0. We are up to date with version 12.5 with service pack 2 installed. Just about all of our 3CX clients have version 12.5.44288. Not sure why this is happening.....

    How does a user enter his mobile number? They want to set up their Away status to dial their mobile number. I know the admin can do this, but not the user. They get "Please specify a mobile number in order for this rule to be applied and try again."

    This is still an issue for us. I have noticed that if you change from 3CXPhone to CTI you do see the Presence Screen, contacts and chat....the phone works you can dial out and receive calls but in the CTI mode it expects a phone but there is none.     When looking at the XML file for our yealink phone book noticed that the FirstName entry is actually the LastName and vice versa. This person's FirstName is Cory and LastName is Adams. It is this way in all the XML phone books. Any ideas why?
