  7. Android Chat 12 Hour Time Stamp

    Android chat uses a 24 hour time stamp. Would like to see a 12 hour option. Adjusting the device time settings doesn't fix the problem. The recent tab shows 12 hour so it's just a weird quirk about SMS/chats for android.
