  1. Solved One way audio

    Hi, I installed 3CX on my company server, all of functions work fine, or external sip account work only one way audio. I used phones SPA303-G2, Server is Windows server 2016, and router is TL-ER5120. SIP provider is Slovak Telecom. from slovakia. Thanks for answer.

  2. Push notification doesn't work at all on iOS/Android

    I have one iPhone 6 (iOS 11.0.2) and one Nokia 5 (Android 7.1.1). Both of them receive NO push notifcation. Only when I launch the softphone app that it would be able to show incoming calls. The strange thing is that even I have rejected the calls, the caller keep ringing forever. 3CX partner...

  3. Voicemail glitch

    Hello, I have a problem with the voice mail feature of my 3CX. Users experience a lot of audio cutback when listening to their voicemail. My 3CX runs on windows 2012 on vmware. Is anyone else having this problem?
