  1. Survey component saving options

    Hi Guys, Running v18 and looking to implement a post call survey. I'm not looking to use a database in this instance and would like to store it in an accessible area for the customer. Anyone had any luck saving the recordings and .csv to an FTP server or possibly even SharePoint?

    Survey results to database

    How can I save the results of a survey component to a database instead of a CSV file? Also, is there a way to configure the call to automatic transfer to the survey when the agent disconnects it? Or the agent has to manually transfer the calls to the survey? Thanks is advance
