Hi
I have 1 SIP trunk with my VOIP provider. My VOIP provider allows me to direct multiple numbers to this SIP trunk which I am doing. The problem is, all numbers only hit the same target.
At the 3CX end, the SIP trunk is configured.
Route calls to
Main trunk Number
+44xxxxxxxxx1
Destination for calls during office hours
Extension
IVR 801
So I have multiple numbers,
+44xxxxxxxxx1
+44xxxxxxxxx2
+44xxxxxxxxx3
Whenever I dial ANY of the above numbers, they all hit the same IVR.
I want it so if someone dials +44xxxxxxxxx1
It routes to IVR801
when dialing +44xxxxxxxxx2
It routes to IVR802
and dialing +44xxxxxxxxx3
It routes to IVR803
I guess I am missing something somewhere. Can anyone help?
