are you sure you dont see them (plz validate using Chrome)

we can not comment what your SBC does or not but but it looks like

a) you are not using IP phones we declare to support it
or
c) your SBC can not handle usCSTA.

given that you have a is in place, place them behind the 3CX SBC and retry please.

Please understand that from a support perspective we can not look deeper into this setup.

It seems to work on some provisioned phones but not on others. We only use T29G in house to test with. Seems like ones that used the webclient before are having issues, but seem to work for a while after a reboot of the computer. New webclient users seem to work ok.

How can you log out of the webclient? It seems once you use it, you have to clear all settings in the browser to keep it from logging in automatically next time.

I love the new ability to setup preferences for yealink that we used to have to do by custom templates. I would like to request adding VLAN to the configuration to that ability. This would be great when you have switches that do not support VOIP vlans.

personally, if were going to provide somewhere to do "Supported" custom templates, i feel this should be done as a seperate dedicated menu option rather then in the phones section, something that i guess has tickbox style options to enable features then dropdowns to select "Supported" specific features once the tickbox option has been enabled.

I also still believe that we need an image uploader for phones so that we don't have to do custom templates for the screen saver option, and we also don't have to replace files in the pbx server directories. It makes it much neater, and makes it "Supported"

no need to request it, it is there @the end of the phone provisioning page per device...

Most companies will make a decision to use a particular voice VLAN or particular time display (12 or 24 hour) for all users and not so much on an individual basis.

The one PBX I looked at was missing. I updated another one and it was there.. Something was up with the original PBX

we internally testing something which more or less will do this for you... lets see how it pens out...

Two things I wish you could do for the final release. Minor but annoying.

Please change the 3CX PBook label to Dir or something that fits for the smaller yealinks.

Give us the ability to set extended blf keys on the yealinks.

This is a great update and it just shows the hard work you are doing to improve the product and make it easier to manage.

Is there a way to stop the company phonebook from showing up on the 3cx pbook.

Before the update the company phonebook would not sync to my Yealink Phones.

Nice update for a start But would like to see something done with SBC.

We are using 3CX in the Cloud so we need a SBC on every location.
When do you expect it to be monitored in the management interface.

And the Email templates cant be costimized in the Cloud 3CX so where are receiving mail that the trunk went offline but we cant see withs trunk because every email is the same, same for backup, out of diskspace etc.

Once we will know who to solve HD once and for all (no commitment) then this will be there too!

Don't give up trying !! This is the only thing stopping us upgrading from v14!! Can't wait to try the new features once it is back...!

We have updated our version to this new beta, but can not see the possibility to clear the extension or change the status.

next to the extensions (given you have the group right perform operations) you see 3 dots. If set but still not visible, refresh you browser cache (shift + f5).

While this update brings a lot of improvements for phone provisioning I still think that the better way would be to give us an option to have changes file for your templates instead of the whole custom template.

If I just want to change one line in the provisioning file I don’t want to use custom templates I just want to have a file with only this one line of change.

It’s also not practical to expect from you to include in your gui all the possible features users may want. Yes you introduced a bunch of them in SP1, but it’s simply not possible to cover all the options the user may want.

I know that it only sounds easy and it’s probably not so easy to do, but still I believe it’s the right way to go.

I think I saw some similar idea in your ideas section of the forum.
