We have 2 PSTN lines connected to a Grandstream GXW4104 using 5 Grandstream GXP2000 VoIP Phones / 5 Extensions.

I have a Ring Group setup where all incoming calls from both PSTN Lines ring all phones.

The issue I'm having is when someone is using Line 1 and another call comes in it does not ring his phone but all
the other phones that aren't is use DO ring.

We would like it to still ring on "Line 2" even when someone is on "Line 1".

Also If someone is using a line and someone attempts to call his extension or forward a call to that person it dosn't ring on line 2.

Hope this makes sense, thanks for any input.....

By default the extension setting "Busy Detection Mechanism" is "Use PBX Status". If you changed this option to "Use Phone Status". If the phone not only have 1 line. Then Line 1 busy. The call will ring line 2. It may be solved your issue.
