2nd and 3rd Inbound Rules applying out of office hours of 1st rule

Hi,

I have a strange issue I cannot figure out yet. We have three analog lines into a Patton 4114 as our gateway for the 3CX system.

We will call them 555-1212, 555-1313 & 555-1414/

555-1212 is configured as the primary DID in the Gateway. The other two are listed as additional DIDs.

I have 3 separate Inbound Rules. All three send the call to a ring group during In Office Routing. 555-1212 forwards to an external number Out of Office. 555-1313 & 1414 do not forward but instead go to a separate Ring Group out of office.

However when I test this and put the phone system into out of office both 1313 & 1414 will forward to the external number every single time.

Particularly Step 5. 3CX never sees the actual telephone numbers. All it knows is what port on the patton it came in on.

Which is one of the reasons I believe that we get the request on these forums to "break" the DDI's as per:

This string should provide everything you need to in achieving this. If not Patton support have taken several 3CX users through this before.
