Hello,
3CX App is not registering on any 4G/wifi or external network even same network.
also facing one side audio issue with remote phone.

3cx is installed on Debian 9 mini PC on my network.
all firewall check is green
local provisioning phone work fine.

it appear green mobile left side option (android) , i can see online contact, but when you go to dialpad where it suppose to see on hook or a green square, instead it keep showing connection. i cannot even type a number. i can receive call but cannot pick up.

issue is with mobile app which is very important when out of local network.
Does tls option is causing this issue?
i am using 3CX fqdn, recently installed, but i cannot see any certificate in Setting>Security>Secure SIP.

Just wonder what is causing this issue. tried to uninstall and re install several time, still same issue. enable and disabled firewall also.
need your help guys!

I know you think your issue is important but you really need to stop with the @ for everyone.

What is your problem? is there anything wrong in it? let me know then i can stop. i did not even tagged you!

Hi,

Please do not use TLS. It is not (yet) supported for the 3CX app (iOS or Android).
Use instead the 3CX Tunnel. All traffic passing the tunnel is encrypted.

I'm Out of the Office for next 2 weeks.

@complex1 , Thanks my friend. But by default the ext is on UDP and RTP is Normal. still does not connecting. it show online.. receive calls but cannot pick up. even on same network i notice this. but IP Phone i can both provision by local IP and Stun ( just stun there is only one side voice.. dont know if because the stun phone is on same network.

The app is very important and i have uninstalled and re installed around 6 times to find ways during the night.. but still nothing! the worst thing is you cannot even edit the port or url for 3CX app now, you can only view and cannot edit the profile on phone

No you didn't tag me on this one but you did on another thread. It's generally considered bad etiquette (kinda like CAPS lock = shouting). @ mentions are to draw attention to an issue and putting them in your first post like you did here and then two minutes after your original post as you did in this thread is bad form. If the issue is that important to you, there are paid support options via 3CX or a local more experienced reseller. Otherwise you need to chill and stop crying wolf. This forum is for free support and as such, a certain level of patience and respect is warrantied. Repeated abuse of the tagging feature would make me more likely to just ignore all your posts rather than help, but maybe that's just me because I'm old school.

As far as your actual issue, you may want to start with actually posting information like it says here and start with ONE issue instead of this scattered post. In one part you say you have one-way audio and then in another you say you can receive call but not pick-up and in another you say you can't make a call. So if you can't pickup a call and you can't make a call how do you know you have one-way audio?

You wan to start with the simplest test first and move on from there. You say you have problems on the same network (I'm assuming you mean local/internal network) so you should start there. If the phones don't work locally, your chances of having them work remotely are slim to none. So confirm what phones (IP phones or app on mobile) don't work locally, and confirm that local is actually local. Many providers will provide WiFi on their equipment that is not actually no the same network as the LAN/ethernet ports. So it's not 'local' as far as 3CX is concerned. Make sure you turn off mobile data if using a mobile phone to ensure 3CX is using the WiFi (local) to connect. And turn on tunnel for provisioning.

Seriously i don't know what is the issue with you, you are the only one who have issue with almost every people who post. I understand its free and its a community, The more people post issues and solutions, the more it help 3cx users to overcome any situation. So the term "FREE" make no sense here.

Secondly, I'm a reseller already which you did not pay attention on my badge. The only way to find support is here. how i post and what i post is none of your concern. I am not harassing anyone. Ok i did tagged you before and i don't think so it will every happen again thats for sure.

Rather than helping a thread, you always make a thread become a drama.

Please just do your way if you are not happy with thing.. old school or not, that's your personal problem.

Thanks,
Regards

@Everyone The issues has been fixed, Unknown reason, added ip to DMZ...and port forwarding, fqdn does not work, the i have disabled dmz , fqdn still does not work.

after a restart, the app suddenly connect perfectly despite i did several router restart before.
Issues still unknown
Firewall level: Low
Router: Huawei HG8245H (Orange) + VoIP

Thanks,
This issue can now mark as solved.

?

First of all, I posted a solution to your previous thread. Some might consider that helpful, apparently you do not. And after explaining that I didn't have an issue with the questions you asked, but rather explained why I thought it was bad etiquette and even suggested it may just be my interpretation of your tagging I then continued to post some help/advice. But as you said in your other post, you didn't pay attention, which again seems to be the case here. And lets not forget the fact that you asked for an explanation why I said to stop with tagging everyone,

Secondly, you are correct. You are not a partner yet, but you are reseller. I'll amend my post to say a 'more experienced reseller' if that makes you happy but you are missing the point. As 3CX says, commercial grade support should not be expected here and tagging numerous folks 2 minutes after your original post is more akin to expecting commercial/immediate support rather than displaying patience for the free user to user support as is common here. You'll notice other folks posting here don't shotgun @ tags all over the place when posting.

Well, I don't have time to keep such conversation, for the help you are referring i think it was for the Debian cannot boot up without a monitor, and i did not pay attention to it. a couple hours ago someone commented there and then i noticed your help. i have replied a thank to you without tagging you. you can check it there.

anyway,
have a wonderful day!
