I have a 3cx on premise setup. reason being the phones are Aastra/Mitel phones which doesnt support remote, stun or sbc provisioning.

All the phones work perfect.
All port are configured on the router and firewall passes all test.
When I use the 3cx app, both android and apple, the app works with the phones mobile data.
When I try to scan the QR code connected to a Wifi connection, I get a message "Provisioning Error PBX could not be reached. Connection timed out"
Where do I start troubleshooting this.
Has anyone come across this?

As @leejor says, this is a simple networking concern, no 3CX magic here. It could be something as simple as your router doesn't to NAT loopback so your FQDN resolves to the outside router interface but you are inside so it doesn't work. Easiest fix (if you control your internal DNS) is to do a split horizon setup where you point your 3CX FQDN to the internal IP.

Hello @DVOIP

Make sure that nothing in the WiFi configuration is not blocking the connection to the 3CX server. Also make sure that the client settings for In and Out of office are correct. A simple test you can do it to try to access the 3CX management console from a mobile device connected to your WiFi and see if you can reach the login screen.
