Hello, we recently deployed an on-premise 3CX system but we are facing some issues. Inside our LAN, everything works, you can access the webclient and use the Windows Softphone, but when trying to access it remotely, the Windows Softphone and the Android App are both stuck displaying "Connecting..." on the keypad screen, and cannot make calls. Some details on our setup: we have a pfSense firewall, configured to NAT all required ports to the IP of the 3CX machine, and the firewall checker passes without complaint. For access via HTTPS, we have HAProxy setup in the pfSense firewall since we have other services that have to be accessible from the same public IP. Our 3CX uses a custom domain, and it is incluided in the HAProxy along with a Let's Encrypt SSL certificate. For more details on the behaviour of remote clients, webclients work perfectly, the only problematic ones are the 3CX apps, which log-in without issue, and show the user name and profile picture, but as described earlier are stuck "Connecting..." and cannot make calls, on the Windows Softphone it simply displays "Error: Error" after pressing the call button. Any ideas of what could be the issue here? Thank you.
