3CX + Bouygue

Hello,
I installed a 3CX to retrieve the analogue line from the french internet box with a GrandStream HT813.
It works, but I have a problem with inbound calls... the analog trunck number (10000) is displayed instead of the number and/or contact in the phone book.
If someone have ideas...

Yes is show up!
have a UCM6202 for a long time and work perfect.

There is no guarantee that your caller ID will work - it depends whether the french internet box sends the ID, and in what standard it sends it. Then, it also depends on the HT813 if it can be configured manually to read that standard.
