3CX Call Flow Designer Dialer and Hubspot Integration

Hello,

We are trying to integrate Hubspot into a 3cx call flow designer auto-dialing solution but information on how to pull phone numbers from Hubspot based on its life cycle is not clear. The information on the internet is not clear despite days upon days of research.

Let me share how our CDF looks.



We are trying to pull the phone numbers from the Hubspot database and make outbound calls once an agent login to our queue and the HubSpot contact is a lead based on our lifecycle stage.

We are trying to pull the phone numbers from the Hubspot database and make outbound calls once an agent login to our queue and the HubSpot contact is a lead based on our lifecycle stage.

You will need to have the dialer check for logged in agents and then call a webservice to pull the data. It's not exactly straightforward but not the most complex thing since you're basing yourself on the lifecycle stage, which is a usable filter.
