3cx call journaling to hubspot

i have made 2 new integrations from my 2 3CX servers to Hubspot. i have used the XML file from this thread https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/hubspot-crm-integration-scope-issue-nov-21-update.84336/ the only thing i added into that XML file was the "oauth" in the required paramenters. without this the XML was not working. i can now see my CRM contacts in 3CX. but with regards to call journaling i dont see 3CX writing anything to Hubspot.

i dont know if this is correct >> ive search only regarding the call journaling and it says i must look for 3CX engagements request towards Hubspot. i can see it /engagements/v1/engagements in hubspot from the 3cx, but the header is {} and the body of this request is empty.

what else can i check to make call journaling work.

You should use the built-in template and not any custom one. Otherwise you will have issues for sure. Do not use random templates from random people on the forums. Most don't work.

in my 3CX i dont see a built in template for Hubspot in Intergration > CRM> Select a CRM Solution. im using 3Cx v20.

Delete those you uploaded custom. Then go to System > Updates and it should show up as an update to be downloaded.

You want to be on 3CX Version 20.0 Update 6 (Build 724 Release).
Then select the CRM:

Maybe you're checking the client side CRM list. Ensure that you're on the server side CRMs. That's in the 3CX Console > Admin > Integrations > CRM.
