Hello,

Can anybody tell me where in the Backup.zip the Call logs are located?
Without backing up recordings the call logs are still backed up yes?

Andy V

The backup.zip is where you have specified in the location on the backup page, the first button is location, yes call logs are backup if you have not selected call recordings.

Regards

thanks, I'm looking to find out which folder in the .zip file the call logs are located

Hi Andy,

I think what you are looking for is in the management console under Call Log > Export

Or in the backup file DbTables\myphone_callhistory_v14.csv

on v16 and when i check the backup zip and db tables I don't see that file?

ignore that, found the file, how would one import that info back into our PBX?

also, if the backup had recordings which folder would they be in? i'm guessing it would be its own recording folder?

im not sure importing the call log is as simple as copy and paste. You may have to do a full restore.

This can only be done by restoring your backup during the installation phase.

If this backup is from another machine and you attempt to restore it on an already running instance, you run the risk of breaking it.

Ok, thanks, I might just keep the .CSV somewhere if someone needs to refer to it for now.
