Hi,

Would it be possible to have an out of hours message playing after 5PM and it says "please press option 1 for a call back in the morning", and it will then be delivered to the agents in the morning via email/automatic call or on a chat message or something?

Thanks!

So you mention having it delivered via email. What is 'IT'? Because they could absolutely leave a voicemail and that will be sitting in their email tomorrow morning.

your best bet in all honesty then is to just use the call flow editior, also removes the need for 10000000 digital receptionists

I would offer an alternative approach. During non-business hours, route the call to a voicemail box. This voicemail box is associated with a dummy extension that is configured to have voicemails forwarded to email and delete the message. Have the email address be a email distribution group that includes all the members of the queue. Have the voicemail message say something like "If you would like to receive a call back in the morning, please leave your name, phone number, etc....". If they don't want a call back, they will not save a voicemail (effectively the same as pressing 1).

Thanks for all the solutions guys! I will look into the CFD, but will go with @VoIPTools and the voicemail idea for now due to how quickly they need it working. Hope you all have a good Christmas!
