Solved 3CX Certificate Expired no solution found in forums

Hi,
I have been running tests on 3CX for the past 3 months but I shut down the Virtual Box for like 2 months and I guess it couldn't automatically renew the certificate which expired 15 days ago.

Now I can not login to my console but android phones seem like they are online.

I tried to put --ignore-certificate-errors in chrome's shortcut but no luck

I am running the system on windows 7 in a virtualbox

any idea what to do?

PS: the certificates folder has 5 files not 3 so it means that I am using a 3CX managed domain and SSL certificate

Hello @Mizzi

The first thing you need to check is what version of the PBX you are running. If you are not running 15.5.15502.6 then you need to upgrade to this version using the following link:
https://www.3cx.com/blog/news/pbx-upgrade-update-6/
If you are running this version then it is a matter of checking if your maintenance is active and if so then just let the machine running over night and the certificate should renew.
