3CX chat bubble not appearing on Wordpress site

Hello I've set up a LiveChat on our website and I've followed all the instructions from what I can tell properly.

The plugin is installed on the wordpress site and the live chat address is in there. It's enabled on all pages and the 'Your website' field in the live chat settings is our domain formatted as https://mydomain.com with no leading slash and without 'www'.

I can't seem to get it to appear on the website. Is there anything I can do to force it to become visible?

The advice here is to double-check the website URL that is used to access if it is with the www or not and check that the correct live chat link was used to enter into the 3CX Live Chat plugin for WordPress.

Hi there,
I have the same issue and have tried the steps you suggested Charles_3CX but still nothing. It appears functionally 50% of the time. It is either red (I updated the colour to red to match our branding) and functional or pale blue default colour and not able to be clicked on. I am not sure where to go from here. Does anyone have advice for me? Thanks!
