3CX CRM plugin for v14

We are interested to know if there is a way to use the CRM Plugin we developed for 3CX v15 for with v14 Pro.

Hello there,

Unfortunately you are able to develop the CRM Plugin only in 3CXPhoneSystem Version 15.
If you are still interested to develop a CRM Plugin you can upgrade your PBX to Version 15 and you can use our 3CX Visual Studio Template to help you develop the plugin. You can read our blog post for the 3CX Visual Studio Template from here.

Hi @pittas,

In v14 you can use the 3CXPhone for Windows API:
https://www.3cx.com/call-center/crm-integration/

The approach is very similar to v15, but there are some differences. You would have to adapt your plug-in for v15 to use that API directly.
