Solved 3CX CTI with windows

Hello,

I have a problem on 3CX for Windows (CTI) all works well except when the pc stops.
At the next reboot the software returns to softphone and I can not find options in the software to always pass it in there is an option or an ini file to change.
I am concerned about several 3CX version 15.5
or during a restart of the application.

You can change the default settings - Edit the Extension, Phone Provisioning - Select 3CX Client and change Call Control.

You need to change this to IP Phone.

Hello Olivier,

I would strongly recommend to use the 3CX WebClient for CTI as it superior to the legacy CTI of the 3CX Phone and also available cross platform (PC Mac Linux)
