3cx debian issue

my 3cx suddenly show in login page server error and when i reboot my server (on premise) 3cx failed to load i915/kbl_dmc_ver1_01.bin -2.

how can i deal with this issue?

You use 3cx version v16 ?

Linux image are installed in a Virtual Machine?

thanks for your reply i solved this issue but i found another issue that management service is stopped
3cx is V16 linux and not virtual , when i tried to restart this service it show unit 3cxcfgServ01.service not found

I think you OS is damaged by something. Maybe caused by an update or so?
I like to suggest to copy your backup to a save place, remove 3CX and reinstall from backup.

This is almost always caused by insufficient memory. If so it will reoccur.

Solved by allocating additional memory or adding a swap file.
