Hi,

I am trying to list all the incoming calls that are made in our 3CX in CRM. I managed to do list this successfully, but unfortunately I cannot distinct incoming and outgoing calls. Below is the xml configuration. Can someone please help:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<Crm xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" Country="Kosovo" Name="QKMK" Version="6">
<Number Prefix="AsIs" MaxLength="" />
<Connection MaxConcurrentRequests="500" />
<Parameters>
<Parameter Name="Url" Type="String" Title="Url:" Default="http://x.x.x.x/case/phone/create" />
<Parameter Name="AppKey" Type="String" Title="App key:" Default="xxxxxx" />
</Parameters>
<Authentication Type="No">
<Value />
</Authentication>
<Scenarios>
<Scenario Id="">
<Request SkipIf="" Url="" RequestType="Post" ResponseType="Json">
<PostValues>
<Value Key="PhoneNumber">[Number]</Value>
<Value Key="AppKey">[AppKey]</Value>
</PostValues>
</Request>
<Outputs Next="" AllowEmpty="true" />
</Scenario>
</Scenarios>
</Crm>

Thnx

A server side CRM template will not work in this case. The contact lookup is only performed when the contact is not already in 3CX Contacts, so if you have a valid contact, the lookup is skipped, and you will not receive the HTTP request to create the call in your CRM.

To do this, the best option is using the CDRs generated by 3CX when calls end:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/cdr-call-data-records/

Kind regards.

hi edossantos,

unfortunately I need the number to appear in my application as soon as the call arrives. Because this will trigger an event in my app and open a case automatically. which we managed to make it work.

the issue is that this is happening for incoming and outcoming calls, and we don't want this to happen for out going calls.

Then you need to create a program using the 3CX Call Control API. But the CRM template is not for this case as you will not receive callbacks for every call...
