3CX Email server not sending notifications after password reset or user creation ?

I have a On Prem Version 20 Update 9 installation, so far I didn't have any issues with receiving notifications from 3CX Email Server when I create a user or reset a password on one.
At the moment I an not able to receive a notification whatever I do.

Also when I try to do a test on the page where you can chose which email to use, I get an error Service temporary unavailable

Any ideas how to resolve this or 3CX has an issue?

Which license are you using? Using the 3CX SMTP service is not possible with the Free edition.

Does the firewall check complete successfully? Is the system time correct?

Interesting enough it was green, yet when I perform the test I get the following result:
