3CX Failover from LAN to Cloud supported?

It appears from doco that it is not supported but may work. Has anybody tried this with AWS? I will give it a go v soon

Why wouldn't it be? From a 3CX perspective it doesn't care where you restore to. The endpoints and your SIP trunking does. As long as you have a plan to make sure those know where 3CX has been restored/failed over to then you are all set.
