3CX Feature to BLOCK ROBO or SPAM calls

Can you give us a feature to subscribe to that will BLOCK ROBO or SPAM calls PLEASE.

Happy to PAY for the service, just tied of wasting time answering the phone from some jackoff.

ivr > 30 seconds unless you press a button, that will block about 90% of them.

It would be wonderful if there was a list of SPAM callers that could be used to block calls, but, there isn't. Their caller ID changes all the time (they aren't stupid). So, you have to make it more difficult for them to reach you. Using an IVR to weed out callers, as described above, is similar to a service offered by many service providers. Because most SPAM/Robo calls are placed by a machine, they cannot respond to the request to "Press one to be connected to a receptionist".

If you also provide some useful information in the IVR message, your hours, address, etc., regular callers won't feel inconvenienced.

This is best done by the dial tone provider. Many providers (ourselves included) offer this.
