Cant change the ringtone please help me !

How are you trying to change the ringtone -

1. via 3CX management console for default ringtone or queues.

2. Another way

in the phone i added ringtone and changed it but its back again

how to add new tune from 3cx ?

The only 3CX supported ways of changing the ringtone are via the Phone Provisioning tab in 3CX. Anything else, including uploading and using your own ringtone require the use of a custom template

Go to your extension settings, and change it here. Then, reprovision the phone to receive the new setting.

Through default provisioning no, you can only use the built in ones numbered 1,2,3
