Unsupported 3CX Hosted Using Custom Template for Call Coverage Buttons

I am trying to configure a custom template for a hosted 3CX install, v20 U7, all phones are behind an SBC in the office. There is a receptionist using a Yealink SIP-T46S phone and I am trying to create a custom template, now that they work with hosted 3CX, to configure BLFs for 3 users on their phone to ring in addition to blinking. If I add the BLF it blinks when the user's DID is called, I created a custom template as I have before to add the additional user's accounts to this phone and now it will blink/ring when their DID is called but the end user's actual phone stopped ringing, it only rings on the receptionist phone. I reprovisioned the receptionist phone so the BLFs only blink again and tested and the end user's phones ring again when called. The is the first time doing this in V20, hosted 3CX and all the phones are behind an SBC. Is there a way to do this and if yes any specific configuration details for this template?
