I recently (as of Sunday) moved my 3CX hosted server to my own hosting and FQDN was working great! Now that the 3CX hosted server wasn't shutdown and the V16.1 updates happened last night FQDN is pointing to 3CX hosted server instead of correct server and having all kinds of issues :/ PLEASE HELP! how do I release the FQDN so it will point to correct IP of my hosted server?

You don't want to release your FQDN. You need to reach out to 3CX to have them shutdown the old PBX. In the short term you can try stopping the services on the 3CX hosted one and then restart your new instance to get the FQDN pointed back.

Please use our contact form https://www.3cx.com/contact-form/ and choose the category PBX Express (Hosted Instances) and request to delete your free instance so it will not interfere with your self-hosted instance.
