3CX ideas post- Azure AD Authentication

I don’t seem to have permissions to post in the ideas forum? I would like to create an idea for Azure AD authentication to web portal. This would allow for our Azure AD MFA support and simplify login for users and should be able to leverage existing O365 integration.

You need to be a higher rank (premier customer or Platinum or higher partner) to post I believe. I thought it said it in the forum description but I can't seem to locate it now. But I believe you can still vote for ideas and this one covers your request:

That post asks for Multi Factor Auth. This asks for Azure auth (AD/ADFS, etc)
I agree it would be nice to tie auth into our domain directory. I too, can not post into the ideas forum after being here for 9+ years.

Well technically they want SSO with Azure Auth but I understand the difference. In that thread there are many requests for SSO/SAML via various providers along with various MFA implementations. It's all lumped together because if they ever do extend the authentication it really should have both options and frankly I'd be more comfortable with 3CX simply doing SAML/SSO and let someone like Microsoft/Google handle the MFA. I mean they are already offering that on the forums/partner page.

Honestly, there are like 10 separate mfa posts that should be combined - having votes spread out isn't helping us.

We need 2 ideas - one for 3CX to build MFA and one for 3CX to allow SSO. The first one is needed only if a install has no SSO provider that MFA can be done on.
