@Vali_3CX i'musing 3CX Phone for iOS 18.0.1.143 but the siri voice commands don't seem to work.
Are there any particular keywords?
For example in French "appelles le 3900 en utilisant 3CX", the Iphone launches the call to the 3900 but without going through 3CX.

Another question is it planned that 3CX can be used via apple car play?

in Russian, siri is also a problem. if you say "open 3CX" - it works. and if you say "call Ivan with 3CX" - he answers "there is no such application"

but we didn't get any reply from them
Me I tried (with "my" French) "Appellez 1234543 avec trois se ex" and it worked.

Didn't succeeded at all in German and Russian, even with native speakers.

Please try to call a device contact (ie, by name) see if it's working. I tried myself "Dis Siri, appelles Jean en utilisant trois ce ex" and it worked - Siri language French(France) - and let us know.

@Vali_3CX We have tried on two different Iphones using the pronunciations you give, and by verifying the settings of Siri and siri in the app 3CX and nothing makes the voice command does not pass ...

Here's the screen recording I just tried at home on my device - it's an iPhone X, iOS15.2, 3CX client 18.0.1.143.

Basically, I turned Siri On/OFF to force it to calibrate to my french (I botched one question) then I instructed it to call, using your sentence, a device contact named "jean" having as a phone number our echo test *777.

Honestly, so far this "why do /why do not is recognized" behavior is equally puzzling for us too. As I said, we opened a ticket with Apple - development ticket - to clarify what we're doing wrong. A development ticket is a paid ticket. We sent them parts of the code, two demo videos, whatever we thought it would be useful. After few days, they replied back telling us they will refund the cost of the ticket because (implicitly) there's nothing wrong in our implementation and adviced us to report this issue straight to Apple engineers via Apple's Feedback tracker. We did as instructed but, as I said, perfectly quiet since then.

More than this I don't think, personally, we can do, it looks out of our hands here, unfortunately.

@Vali_3CX to answer you, when we launch the siri command, the contact is well recognized but it's called by the classic iOS dialer and not by 3CX.

We will be watching for developments and patch announcements to let our customers know when it is functional.

As my experiments have shown, everything works as expected, but Siri has difficulties recognizing the name of the 3CX application. If you pronounce it with small pauses between letters, it almost always works. For example 3 (small pause) C (small pause) X .
in addition, if Siri did not recognize your speech, you can enter the correct name on the keyboard. After a few fixes, Siri learns.

We have the same problem with the english version. Everything works, "open 3cx", "call 1234 using 3cx" but "call Ivan with 3cx" does not work. Latest v18 with all updates and latest iOS app.
