I am trying to add some codes to the 3CX PBX to configure an outbound rule as suggested by the client:

Example: *01 = XX XXX XXX XXXX it has to be 12 digits and the outbound rule its limited to 10 digits, it's there a way to change this limitation?

there is a option under Outbound Rules named Calls to Numbers with a length of specifiy the length of your number i.e. digit of your number in your case 12 digits.

I know that but what do you need to do if i want to add like a speed dial code *34 when someone dial that number automatically calls the full number more than 12 digits, this is very normal on another PBX not IP PBX but the older ones.

I want to add codes like

*12 = 12 digit number
*23 = Emergency number X
etc...
