3CX Mac Softphone

Having some issues with the 3cx Mac Softphone.
Ranging from not registering...even after successfully registering the first time....to the phone not ringing when called.

Anyone else having these issues?

no issues here - using v12 SP6.
You do not mention what version of the PBX you are using... or version of the softphone.

Details, details....

Version 12 SP 6.1
Mac Softphone version: 1.0.75 alpha

All my users login to the network via VPN, and all the PC platforms have no issues whatsoever. Mac users however have not been able to get the softphone to work at all. They are all on Yosemite.

Any clues on where to start looking?

If it's not a matter of privacy (IP's, passwords) please attach 3CXPhone's sys.log (in Documents/3CXPhone/Logs). Or, open a ticket to our tech support. Or, if you prefer, you may send me by PM an email address and I will send you an updated, test version, of the 3CXPhone.
