I have been struggling with Firewall test failure, outgoing emails from 3cx are delayed, one way audio when taking forwarded calls, all this for over two years now. My system is not typical mostly because of the way ATT and COX do the sip hand off, a dedicated NIC is needed for each..
I am told this will not work with 3cx by my provider, but only after it was set up that way, and we were told we needed new edge router that didnt fix the problem..
So I am willing to pay $ for the right person to look at my system and give me a direction towards some kind or solution.
