Hosted service, web console won't load, phones say unable to complete SIP registration. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes. Hosted on Droplets on Digital Ocean (SFO). I think they are all Frontier. (1 is Verizon, but I think Frontier purchased them)

Same issue here across 4 different offices in southern California, identical to reports by DanAntonielli and others. All offices are Frontier.

Have you checked with the ISP for any issues with them?

Have you checked this with your ISP? Our systems show that they are available, and the issue seems to point to your ISP side?

Downdetector is showing multiple reports of issues with Frontier in Cali it appears. As far as version, we are on latest 3cx (non Alpha) version (on-prem) no issues. So not a 3cx version issue.

Pushed one of the SBCs through a VPN in Lake Havasu and everything works perfectly. Looks like Frontier is blocking something. I will reach out to them.

Thank you for your support.

So, instances that can't be accessed from the West Coast can be accessed from the East Coast?

This may be something to look into with your ISP, as again we have no reported outages, only issues with audio and calls, which are not caused by the instances but rather other factors such as the network. Internet connectivity or ISP issue.

If you work with a partner and the systems are paid subscriptions with 8sc and above, you can ask them to open a supported ticket to check.
We have tried connecting with both AT&T dedicated fiber and on a Cellular connection through Verizon. Both fail from our LA office on the West coast. We are able to access the same instance from our other offices with no issue (Charlotte NC, Stevens Point WI, Calgary AB Canada) 64SC hosted with 3cx.

Frontier does not recognize any issues on their end. Anyone have luck resolving this?

AT&T also reported no issues on their service. Our 3cx hosted instance seems to be the only affected service from our LA site.

Same here, only the 3CX hosted instance. I have a self-hosted deployment also through Frontier that’s working perfectly.

this won't be a 3cx problem per say, my own office system has had weird call problems today with multiple sip trunks. there is a disruption on the USA internet backbone causing a lot of grief. calls ring nobody is there, you answer and there's nothing and you still get a VM, try calling back and they can't hear you.

once the internet wonkiness settles down everything will be normal.

To clarify, these are all hosted systems for the West Coast. Are they all using the same ISP?
Seems to be multiple ISPs from the same region, Here is a tracert from our problem site. It appears it may be related to this issue?

Intermediate routers can sometimes be configured to ignore pings if they are busy. At worst that does look like a lot of packet loss, or at least a lot of traffic if that's all being ignored. The 38.* IP looks like it's still Cogent.

No issues here but FWIW an IPv4 trace gets to an NTT IP and then times out.

LA is reporting the site it is back online.
